Ukraine President Zelenskyy signs application for EU membership

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Velenskyy on Monday signed Ukraine's application to join the European Union just as talks between a Ukrainian and Russian delegation to try and organise a ceasefire to the Russo-Ukraine war ended.
