AUD/USD falls below 0.9400
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/USD moved to the downside during Friday’s American session and dropped below 0.9400. Price bottomed at 0.9391, the lowest in two days and is about to end the week hovering below 0.9400, around the same level it had a week ago.
The US dollar gained momentum on Thursday, rose across the board and extended the rally early on Friday and then consolidated. The Aussie weakened in the market during Wall Street.
AUD/USD remains rangebound
On the weekly chart the pair continues to move sideways, unable to close above 0.9430 and with a strong support around 0.9320/40. The pair is headed toward the seventh weekly close in a row inside the 0.9340 - 0.9430 range.
