EU’s Breton: Sees the stimulus plan ratified by summer
The European Union’s (EU) Internal Market Commissioner Thierry Breton expects that the bloc’s EUR750 billion recovery fund to be ratified by summer.
On the UK-EU row over the covid vaccine, he said that Britain “depends practically entirely” on the EU for its vaccine supply.
