EUR/CHF is cautiously waiting for news
FXStreet (Moscow) - EUR/CHF briefly dipped to 1.2135 and fell fast asleep at the opening level of 1.2138; Let’s hope European investors will wake the cross up.
EUR/CHF is hammered down by risk sentiments
EUR/CHF returned to the lower side of its recent range at 1.2130 as strong anti-risk sentiments supported demand for safe-heaven Swissy. More likely than not the cross will continue consolidation around current levels into the end of the week. New sings of geopolitical tensions might put it under pressure, though 1.2130 support is strong enough to survive attacks. Though, if it is broken, the downside will extend to 1.2100 pivot where the short-covering is likely to begin.
What are today’s key EUR/CHF levels?
Today's central pivot point can be found at 1.2133, with support below at 1.2133, 1.2128 and 1.2118 with resistance above at 1.2148, 1.2158 and 1.2163. Hourly Moving Averages are mostly bearish, with the 200SMA at 1.2149 and the daily 20EMA at 1.2155. Hourly RSI is bearish at 44.
