Natural Gas Futures: Door open for further retracement

Open interest in natural gas futures markets reversed five consecutive daily pullbacks and increased by around 8.1K contracts on Thursday, as per flash readings from CME Group. Volume, instead, shrunk by more than 39K contracts, reaching the second drop in a row.

Natural Gas risks extra pullbacks near-term

Natural Gas prices extended the weekly correction lower on Thursday amidst increasing open interest, which is supportive of the continuation of the move, at least in the short-term horizon.
