Japan PM Suga to S. Korea Pres. Moon: Cannot leave severe relations where they are now

While talking to the South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Thursday, Japan’s new Prime Minister (PM) Yoshihide Suga said, “we cannot leave 'severe' relations where they are now.”
