NZD/USD falls to 0.8700
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The NZD/USD is pulling back on Thursday but so far it has been able to hold above 0.8700. During the Asian session the pair rose to 0.8735, hitting the strongest level since May 7. Afterwards retreated and moved in ranges during the rest of the day.
After Wall Street opening bell the US dollar gained momentum in the market and pushed the NZD/USD to the downside, that hit a fresh daily low at 0.8702.
Currently the pair trades at 0.8708, down 0.25% for the day so far. Despite pulling back, the Kiwi is still headed to the third weekly gain in a row and could post the highest close in three years.
