AUD/JPY dark cloud cover

FXStreet (Guatemala) - AUD/JPY is trading at 94.29, down -0.12% on the day, having posted a daily high at 94.55 and low at 94.26.

The hourly FXStreet OB/OS Index for AUD/JPY is showing neutral conditions, alongside the FXStreet Trend Index which is slightly bullish. However, Sean Callow, strategist at Westpac Banking Corporation ABN noted that the AUD meanwhile probably has a sufficiently gloomy outlook priced in, with domestic data overdue for at least some recovery and momentum in China and thus key commodities stable to a touch firmer near term.
