Reuters recently came out with a news report mentioning that the Philadelphia Energy Solutions is seeking closure of its refinery unit located in South Philadelphia following a fire on Friday.

The said unit has the refining capacity of 335,000 barrels per day.

Oil prices refrain from showing much attention to the news while remaining overall positive off-late.
