Senior Iranian official: Tehran is in charge of Gulf security, calls on US forces to leave

Citing Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), Reuters reported that a senior Iranian official called upon the U.S. forced to leave and said that Tehran is in charge of the Gulf's security. 

Despite this headline, the S&P 500 continues to post small gains on the day, suggesting that Wall Street could open the day slightly higher.
