China Securities Journal: China has room for further targeted RRR cuts

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) has ample room for further targeted reserve requirement ratio (RRR) cuts, according to China Securities Journal. 

The central bank can provide help to small and medium-sized financial institutions via standing lending facility (SLF) and may also use other tools like the medium-term lending facility (MLF) to support small banks.
