US House Chairman: Will introduce resolution of disapproval if Trump imposes tariffs on Mexican goods

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal crossed the wires in the last minute, saying that he would introduce a resolution of disapproval if President Trump were to declare national emergency to impose tariffs on Mexican goods.
