WH spokeswoman Schlapp: We're moving toward path of Mexico tariffs

White House Deputy Communications Director Mercedes Schlapp crossed the wires in the last minutes saying that they were moving toward the path of imposing tariffs on Mexico because they were not offering enough to avert them.
