ECB's Visco: The global economy, Euro-zone and Italy are in a difficult period

ECB governing council member, Ignazio Visco was out on the wires in the last hour saying that the global economy, Euro-zone and Italy are experiencing a difficult time. 

Trade tensions are mostly fueled by the US and that adds to the global economic slowdown. Italy must up productivity to fully recover its growth path, Visco added further.
