US Treasury Secretary Mnuchin: Concluded productive meetings with China's Liu He

The US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin was out with some comments on the US-China trade talks, via Twitter, saying that the US trade representative ambassador Robert Lighthizer and he just concluded productive meetings with China Vice Premier Liu He and that talks with continue next week in Washington.
