ECB's Makuch: Risk of euro zone recession is very low

The ECB's Governing Council member and Slovak central bank Governor, Jozef Makúch, has recently crossed the wires arguing that the of a recession in the euro zone was very low amid improvements seen in some indicators and the resilience of the German economy.
