UK's Buckland: Overruling the Speaker and demand MV3 is a more likely, practical solution

The UK Solicitor General Robert Buckland told BBC TV this Tuesday, the most likely way to get around Brexit deadlock in Parliament is for MPs to "overrule" the Speaker and demand MV3.

He added that “it's a more likely and practical solution than alternatives i.e. changing motion/starting new Parliamentary session...”

Following Bercow’s announcement Monday afternoon, Buckland was reported as saying: “The ties of the constitution are being stretched to the breaking point, and I don’t want to be part of the generation that breaks those ties. That’s why we have to be extremely careful where we tread.”

The House of Commons Speaker John Bercow effectively banned PM Theresa May from bringing her deal back to Parliament for a third time unless it changes significantly.
