Michel Barnier speaking to Euronews: Negotiations are not over

Ahead of the House of Commons voting on whether to proceed with a no-deal Brexit and crash out of the European Union in just 16 days, which is the default event as things currently stand, (vote is expected at 1900GMT), Michel Barnier speaking is speaking to Euronews and said negotiations 'are not over'.
