US: Markit services PMI rises to 55.00 in April

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The US services PMI sponsored by Markit rose to 55.0 in April, from a previously estimated 54.2 reading but down from 55.3 printed in March.

This reading exceeded forecast of 54.5 and denotes expansion in the services sector, although at a tad slower pace than the previous month.
