Risks to Japanese economy tilt to the downside - Goldman Sachs

While Japan's economy expanded at an annualized rate of 1.4 percent in the fourth quarter of 2018, the risks are still skewed to the downside, according to Goldman Sachs economist Naohiko Baba.
