EUR/USD Technical Analysis: 1.1456 is the level to beat in the New York session

• EUR/USD is trading in a bear trend below the 200-period simple moving average on the 4-hour chart. 
• EUR/USD is challenging the 1.1430 resistance and the 100-period simple moving average. Bulls would need to break and close above the 1.1456 to create a higher high. In the absence of such breakout, EUR/USD might  remained contained below 1.1456 for the remainder of the day. However, the RSI, MACD and Stochastic indicator are rather constructive.
• A break above 1.1456 would potentially open the gates to 1.1500 figure.
