China’s ForeignMin: Received invitation from US for trade talks, welcome talks

China’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Thursday, acknowledging the receipt of the invite form the US for a fresh round of trade talks and that they welcome the talks.

This comes as a confirmation to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report released overnight, which cited that the United States was reaching out to China for a new round of trade talks.
