EU's Barnier: Determined to work for orderly withdrawal

The European Union (EU) Chief Brexit Negotiator Michel Barnier crossed the wires in the last minutes stating that they were determined to work for an orderly withdrawal, including the Ireland backstop ahead of Salzburg Informal Summit of EU leaders.
