Russia's deputy foreign minister Ryabkov: Does not see any signs that US is ready to normalize relations

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergei Alexeyevich Ryabkov, was out on the wires in the last hour, commenting on the latest US sanctions, and said that all options are on the table when it comes to possible retaliation against the US.
