Analysts at Nomura offered their model's projection for USD/CNY fix today.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 138 pips lower than the previous fix (6.8293 from 6.8431) and 47 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.8340. The basket implied change is 56 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.8284 from 6.8340)."
