US President Trump settled on a Supreme Court nominee - CNBC

Citing sources familiar with the matter, CNBC recently reported that President Donald Trump indicated to a small group that he settled on a nominee to succeed Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court.

According to sources, D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Brett Kavanaugh is Trump's preferred nominee.
