UK PM spokesman: there is no appetite for a second Scottish referendum

The UK PM Theresa May's spokesman was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that that now is not the time and there is no appetite for a second Scottish referendum. 

The comments were in direct response to the latest reports that Nicola Sturgeon will restart debate on Scottish independence in coming weeks but did little to provide any respite to the British Pound.
