USD/CAD declines to intra-day lows
FXStreet (San Francisco) - The USD/CAD is currently trading on the downside as the pair is joining the effect of the dollar index break of the 80.00 level and its stop triggering. USD weakness looks to be due to technicals.
In the latest few minutes, the USD/CAD declined from 1.1225 to trade at intra-day lows around 1.1180 where the pair remains to trade now. With 0.30% losses on the day so far, the USD/CAD remains strongly bearish with MACD, CCI and Momentum pointing to the south according to the FXStreet trend index in the 15-minute timeframe.

Below the 1.1180, next supports are at 1.1170, 1.1145 and 1.1110. On the upside, the USD/CAD would face resistances at 1.1200, 1.1235 and 1.1260.
