China: tariffs implementation date depends on talks with US - BBG

According to the latest news headlines floating on the wires, via Bloomberg, China says that tariffs implementation date depends on talks with US. 

This comes after China, in retaliation of the latest US tariffs on $50 billion of annual imports from China, decided to levy reciprocal tariffs on 106 US products and could be aimed towards easing tensions that is weighing on global markets for the time being.
