US: Construction Spending up 0.1% in January

FXStreet (Barcelona) - US Construction Spending rose 0.1% in January, following a 0.1% increase the previous month, according to data released by the the US Census Bureau. Analysts expected -0.5%.

US: ISM Manufacturing PMI better than forecast in February

The US ISM Manufacturing PMI grew to 53.2 in February from 51.3 in January, the Institute for Supply Management informed on Monday. Forecasts pointed to a rise to 52.0.

EUR/USD edges lower after ISM mfg PMI

The greenback strengthened slightly and dragged the EUR/USD to fresh daily lows following better-than-expected US manufacturing PMI readings from Markit and ISM.
