Catalan crisis: Puigdemont's appearance not suspended but delayed

According to La Vanguardia, the appearance of the Catalan Leader Carles Puigdemont will not be suspended but only delayed and will take place in the Parliament of Catalonia. The institutional statement was initially scheduled for 13:30 and then delayed until 14:30, only to learn that it had been cancelled, but it looks as though it will finally happen at 15:30h local time.
