Japan PM Abe: Calling on UN to hold emergency security council meeting

North Korea's latest misadventure has not gone down well with the Japanese government. News is crossing the wires that Japanese PM Abe is calling on United Nations [UN] to hold an emergency security council meeting. 

Abe says, "North Korea is threatening world peace through provocation".
