Analysts at Nomura offered their outlook for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 83 pips lower than the previous fix (6.6019 from 6.6102) and 92 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.5927. The basket implied change is 111 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6038 from 6.5927)."
