ECB holds rates

FXStreet (London) -The European Central Bank has held its benchmark refinancing rate at 0.25 percent.

ECB president Mario Draghi will speak at a press conference at 13:30 GMT with an accompanying rate monetary policy statement when he is expected to address the Eurozone’s deflationary concerns.
