UK: Halifax House Prices rise 1.1% in January

FXStreet (Barcelona) - UK Halifax House Prices grew 1.1% in January, compared with the 0.6% decrease the previous month, the HBOS revealed on Thursday. Analysts expected slightly less growth of 1.0%.

On an annual basis Halifax House Prices rose 7.3%, down from 7.5% and slightly above consensus of +7.2%.
