German May ZEW economic sentiment: A tad better, but misses expectations

The German ZEW headline numbers for May, showed that the economic sentiment improved slightly, coming in at 20.6 versus 22.0 expectations and 19.5 seen last. While the sub-index current conditions jumped to 83.9 versus 82.0 expected and 80.1 booked previously.
