"Our model [1] projects the fix to be 40 pips lower than the previous fix (6.8908 from 6.8948) and 119 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.9027. The basket implied change is 146 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.8881 from 6.9027)."
