Macron's campaign reportedly victim of a "massive, coordinated" hacking operation - RTRS
According to Reuters, Centrist's candidate Emmanuel Macron has been the victim of a "massive, coordinated" hacking operation, just days before the French presidential election (R2). About nine gigabytes of files have been posted online.
Macron's campaign claims that both authentic and "fake" documents are being shared "to sow doubt and misinformation". So far, it's not clear who was responsible for posting the data or whether the emails were genuine.
