US: Consumer credit increased 4.25% during the first quarter
Consumer credit in the U.S. increased at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4-1/4 percent during the first quarter said the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve.
- Revolving credit was little changed
- Nonrevolving credit increased at an annual rate of 5-3/4 percent
- In March, consumer credit increased at an annual rate of 5-1/4 percent.
