U.S. Republican's Long: With the recent addition to Healthcare plan, I can vote "yes" on bill

U.S. Republican representative Billy Long has said that with the recent addition to Healthcare plan he can vote "yes" on the bill. "I don't know whether Healthcare bill has enough votes for passage", he said, via Reuters.

Also, U.S. Republican's Fred Upton stated that Healthcare bill is now more likely to pass the House with latest changes.
