EU spokesman Schinas: Difficulty in Brexit talks has been underestimated

European Commission spokesman Margaritis Schinas was quoted saying, via LiveSquawk, that difficulty in Brexit talks has been underestimated and EU’s Dombrovskis will present clearing rules Thursday.

He further added that Jean Claude Juncker's Brexit meeting with Theresa May was productive.
