U.S. Treasury's Mnuchin: Administration will be working with congress to turn ideas into a bill that can pass the legislature

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin has said that Trump's tax plan will pay for itself through growth and reduction of deductions and closing loopholes and added that Trumps is concerned about growth in U.S. debt.
