Russia's Lavrov: Russia, U.S. agree diplomatic solution needed for North Korea
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was on the wires, stating that Russia and U.S have agreed to continue cooperation on Syria and he remarked that a diplomatic solution is needed for North Korea.
