St. Petersburg incident update: At least 10 people have been killed - Interfax

According to the latest reports by the Tass and Interfax agencies, at least ten people have been killed in explosions at underground stations in St Petersburg. The blasts hit the Sennaya Ploschad and nearby Tekhnologichesky Institut stations.
