Fed's Yellen didn't comment on the monetary policy

The Chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Janet Yellen gave her speech at the Tenth Biennial Federal Reserve System Community Development Research Conference. She didn't comment on the economy nor the monetary policy, hence no market reaction.
