US President Trump: if the pipelines are built in the USA, "they should use American steel"

US President Donald Trump stated that if the pipelines are built in the United States, "they should use American steel" after he signed an executive order to advance with the Keystone and Dakota pipelines. Also, Trump signed an order expediting environmental approvals on high priority infrastructure projects.
