Reuters reporting comments from the UK Chancellor Hammond, noting that the British government will seek maximum access to EU market for both goods & services.

His comments come after the UK ambassador to EU, Sir Rogers, said that the UK-EU trade deal could take 10 years to finalize and still ultimately fail.
