Nomura's model1 projects the fix to be 272 pips higher than the previous fix (6.8847 from 6.8575) and 85 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.8762. The basket implied change is 101 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.8863 from 6.8762), Nomura adds.
