Key Quotes
“TD looks for the deficit to push higher to $59.8bn, which is slightly wider than the $59.0bn market consensus. Stronger imports will also play a hand in the deteriorating goods deficit as the recent pickup in domestic demand should provide a tailwind to consumer goods imports. The only other noteworthy release is wholesale inventories for October, which are expected by the market to increase 0.2% on the month.”
