US retail sales: another decent gain is expected. Also Fed Vice Chair Fischer, Lacker, Williams and Rosengren all speak. 

The GDT dairy auction is predicted by futures markets to result in a 5% rise in WMP. Supply has been reduced further, due to continuing wet weather, and there is also the potential quake-related impact on milk collections.from the South Island."
